You must first join the Victory Motorcycle Club (VMC). The VMC offers membership at low cost, and there are Victory dealer discounts and other benefits that will offset the cost of joining.

Once you have your VMC Number and Forum Handle (Login Name) you can download the HAVRCF Membership Application in MS Word format or as a fillable Adobe PDF file, and mail the completed form to the secretary along with your check or money order for the $20 dues. Also, use this form to RENEW your annual membership. Please remember to choose either white or black background patch.
